Touring doesn’t leave much time to relax, but when back in her old home town of Christchurch, Reb Fountain likes to get out and about. Walking in the Port Hills with friends, eating yummy woodfired pizza and doing some vintage shopping are just a few of her favourite things to do.

EAT

Reb loves Arbour Bar and Woodfired Pizza in Lyttelton.

“It’s a beautiful bespoke place with amazing cocktails and the crazy, yummiest pizza. It’s run by a gorgeous couple,” she says.

SWIM

Growing up not far from here, the artist loves to take a dip at Rāpaki Bay.

WALK

With friend Jess, they'll head up the back of her place in Lyttelton to wander.

“I grew up going to Victoria Park – I just love going up the hills – the city has changed so much but the hills are familiar to me.”

SHOP

The Tannery is one of the first places Reb will go when she's back in town.

“It’s incredible what they created after the earthquakes here; it’s such a homely space. I love hitting The Apothecary to get my survival supplements, then I’ll check out Recycle Boutique and finish off with a beer at The Brewery.”

BROWSE

A trip to Scorpio Books is always rewarding.

“I used to go in as a kid, and when I can I love to walk around in a daze there,” Reb says.
